How do I request support services, as a maintenance client?
Support requests are handled, Monday to Friday, via our online email system. Our support queue is monitored in 5 minute intervals and most requests are typically handled within 2 business days.

What services are included in AMITY's maintenance plans?
Included in our maintenance service are the following skill sets: Add / Modify / Delete website content, Add / Modify / Delete website images, Add / Modify / Delete new pages. Project planning, consultation, identity development and search engine are not included in our maintenance plans.

What if I go over my plan hours?
You would need to purchase a new maintenance package. The excess usage will be adjusted from the new package purchased.

How do I upgrade my plan?
If you would like to upgrade your plan, please contact our sales team via our online form.

What will the fees be to request changes to my site if I do not purchase the maintenance plan?
We give priority to clients with the maintenance plan on their account. Making changes for other clients could be as much as Rs. 500 per issue depending on the efforts.
